ResolutionsIf you’re like me, you’ve spent the holiday indulging in holiday goodies without too much effort to eat cleanly. But now I’m facing down 2013 with a renewed dedication to eating to look, feel and perform better… and that starts with a squeaky-clean January! What’s squeaky-clean? Meats and vegetables, let’s keep it simple. I’m not doing a Whole30 or a 21-Day Sugar Detox (everyone’s trying to get back on the wagon!) because I won’t be a stranger to the occasional piece of fruit. I will be following Nom Nom Paleo’s daily Whole30 posts with interest, however and using Twitter and Paleo blogs as inspiration and support. In addition to the nutritional aspect, I’ll be making a particular effort to:

  1. Attend my 1st Crossfit session
  2. Blog more often
  3. Stay hydrated (*puts down the coffee and reaches for water*)
  4. Get more–and better–sleep
  5. Volunteer at PaleoF(X) 2013
